- Database Management: Write complex SQL queries and optimize ETL processes to ensure high-quality data availability.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product performance and user behavior.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to define key metrics and reporting requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and anomalies in data to recommend process improvements and strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence within a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Tools: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
