Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and analytical frameworks.
- Lead data quality initiatives, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our data warehouses.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Communicate insights and findings clearly to non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake) is a significant plus.
