We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our high-impact team in the heart of San Francisco. You will be responsible for translating raw data into actionable insights that drive product strategy and user growth.
You will work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to design experimentation frameworks, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and build sophisticated dashboards that influence executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards and reporting structures using BI tools.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design, conduct, and analyze A/B testing experiments to optimize product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance metrics and KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover root causes of business variances.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and refine data extraction and transformation pipelines to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
