Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems using SQL, Python, and BI tools to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design A/B tests and analyze campaign performance data
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for real-time monitoring of customer behavior and operational efficiency
- Translate complex findings into compelling visual narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Implement data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- Lead quarterly business reviews presenting data-driven recommendations to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis with proven impact on business outcomes
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling skills with experience in regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytics projects with clear business impact
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
