Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau and Looker to track core business KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define data tracking requirements.
- Build and automate robust SQL pipelines to streamline internal reporting processes.
- Translate complex technical insights into high-level business presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to measure the impact of feature releases and product updates.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience with Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
