Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify business opportunities

- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection pipelines
- Create predictive models for customer behavior and market trends
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI visualization skills
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehouses
- Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Fintech industry experience preferred
