Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create predictive models for customer segmentation and lifetime value forecasting
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with enterprise datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Experience with statistical modeling and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business strategy
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
