Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive decision-making
- Develop SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and transform data from EHR systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Validate data integrity and implement robust data governance frameworks
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with healthcare industry expertise
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) or healthcare data standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
