Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time insights to leadership teams
- Lead ad-hoc data projects to support strategic decision-making initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data methodologies and findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R programming
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Analytics preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools (Spark/Hadoop)
