Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to process large-scale datasets from diverse sources

- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key business metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data collection infrastructure improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SaaS or tech companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling skills including regression, clustering, and time series analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business strategies for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent preferred
