- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for new features.
- Automate manual data reporting processes to increase team productivity.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to optimize user engagement and retention strategies.
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
