Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models for customer segmentation and churn reduction
- Present findings to C-suite executives with actionable business recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experimental design knowledge
- Excellent business acumen with ability to translate data into revenue impact
- Portfolio demonstrating complex analysis projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and causal inference
