Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines using ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings through clear narratives that influence strategic decisions
- Implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize business outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in a tech environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
