Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards to track key performance metrics and business health.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define success metrics for new features.
- Build automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual data extraction and enhance accuracy.
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visual narratives.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product iterations and optimize user conversion.
- Maintain data integrity and governance across multiple internal databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Proven expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy.
- Experience working within a cloud-based data environment (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift).
