Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau/Looker to track key performance indicators.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Clean, process, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory analysis to uncover patterns in user behavior and revenue growth.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Maintain data governance standards to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
