Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI for executive leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline reliability.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize user acquisition funnels.
- Translate complex technical insights into clear, non-technical presentations for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling and statistical rigor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and predictive modeling.
- Proven ability to visualize data effectively using modern BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
