Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Apex Horizon Solutions, a leading innovator in FinTech and big data analytics. If you have a passion for uncovering hidden stories within complex datasets and a knack for translating numbers into strategic business insights, we want to meet you.
In this role, you will own the data infrastructure for our core reporting tools and drive the analytical strategy that underpins our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize our business processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI for executive leadership and operational teams.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities through predictive modeling and data mining.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and schema design.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry security standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
