Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure campaign performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline quality and automate reporting processes
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in business settings
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power Qlik)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
