Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau and Looker to provide real-time performance tracking.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance metrics and tracking requirements.
- Perform rigorous A/B testing analysis to optimize feature launches and marketing campaigns.
- Develop predictive models to forecast churn, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Prepare executive-level presentations that distill complex analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained across all internal databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs) is non-negotiable.
- Strong command of Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical analytical frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
