Responsibilities
- Develop complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in business data
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and track campaign performance
- Build predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accessibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression, hypothesis testing, and A/B methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced analytics projects and business impact
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer preferred
