Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key business performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks in product usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and track feature success metrics.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable presentations for executive leadership.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain data integrity and establish best practices for documentation across the analytics pipeline.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong command of Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for troubleshooting complex data discrepancies.
