Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract data from various cloud-based warehouses.
- Create dynamic dashboards in Tableau/Looker to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for product growth.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define instrumentation and data tracking requirements.
- Present data findings to leadership teams to influence product roadmap and strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to validate product hypotheses and feature releases.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling and query optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear business narratives.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
