Are you ready to safeguard the digital frontier? Sentinel Nexus Solutions is seeking a elite Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our high-impact security architecture team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks for our multi-cloud enterprise environment. You will lead threat hunting initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure our infrastructure remains resilient against evolving global threats.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced cloud-native security controls within AWS and Azure environments.
- Lead proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks before exploitation.
- Develop and maintain automated security orchestration and response (SOAR) playbooks.
- Conduct deep-dive forensic analysis of security incidents and lead post-mortem investigations.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate 'Security as Code' principles into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM) governance for enterprise-wide systems.
- Mentor junior security analysts and contribute to long-term cybersecurity strategy development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in information security, specifically in cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in cloud security platforms (e.g., Prisma Cloud, Wiz, or Falcon Horizon).
- Deep proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go for automation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, VPN).
- Industry certifications are highly preferred: CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Security Specialty.
- Proven ability to manage complex security projects in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
