Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust security controls across AWS/Azure cloud environments.
- Lead proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to identify system weaknesses.
- Design and maintain enterprise-wide incident response plans and disaster recovery protocols.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate 'Security-by-Design' principles into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Perform regular security audits and compliance reviews against SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Mentor junior security analysts and promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
- Evaluate and deploy next-generation security software and hardware solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or infrastructure security.
- Proven expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, Datadog) and EDR solutions.
- Deep understanding of network security, cryptography, and identity access management (IAM).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or AWS Certified Security Specialty.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for security automation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
