Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust security controls across hybrid-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Lead proactive threat hunting exercises and perform deep-dive incident response analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and vulnerability remediation on enterprise-grade applications.
- Design and oversee zero-trust network architectures to secure sensitive data silos.
- Mentor junior security analysts and contribute to the development of organizational security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional DevOps teams to integrate 'Security-by-Design' into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Regularly report security posture metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering, network security, or cloud architecture.
- Expert proficiency with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) and EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike).
- Deep understanding of encryption protocols, IAM best practices, and container security (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or OSCP are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
