Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade security solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Lead threat modeling exercises to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in system architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate DevSecOps best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, policies, and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Conduct regular forensic analysis and incident response planning to ensure organizational resilience.
- Mentor junior security analysts and foster a culture of proactive security awareness.
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and oversee vendor selections for security tooling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and identity management solutions.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Security Specialty.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Go for security automation.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, encryption, and endpoint security mechanisms.
- Proven ability to communicate complex security risks to non-technical executive stakeholders.
