- Partner with product and engineering teams to define metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Design and implement robust A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical excellence of the team.
- Build scalable data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineering.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through impactful data storytelling.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end data projects from conception to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business strategy.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
