Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable cloud-native security architectures across multi-cloud environments.
- Lead proactive threat modeling and security risk assessments for enterprise-scale product releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to embed 'Security by Design' principles into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Conduct deep-dive vulnerability research and oversee incident response strategies.
- Mentor junior security engineers and promote a culture of security excellence across the organization.
- Define and maintain organizational security standards, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Represent the security team in executive-level architectural review boards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or information security engineering.
- Deep expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP security controls and identity access management (IAM).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or PowerShell for security automation.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or CCSP are highly preferred.
- Experience with zero-trust network architecture and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
