Responsibilities

- Create comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure protection
- Mentor junior analysts and develop cybersecurity training programs
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with federal government clearance (Secret/Top Secret)
- Advanced certification (CISSP, CEH, or GIAC) with active security clearance
- Expertise in NIST framework implementation and CIS controls
- Proficiency in threat hunting tools (Splunk, Darktrace, AlienVault)
- Demonstrated experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network segmentation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical data to policy recommendations
- Experience with FISMA compliance and federal IT security audits
