Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, or LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to ensure scalability in production environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify and implement novel algorithms and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Manage the end-to-end Machine Learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model monitoring and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of deployed, production-grade models.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of statistics, linear algebra, and optimization theory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
