Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Communicate complex findings and model insights to non-technical audiences through clear visualization and reporting.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
