Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience developing corporate training programs
- Advanced proficiency in LMS platforms (TalentLMS, Cornerstone) and authoring tools
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum implementations in regulated industries
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
