Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, standards-aligned curriculum across multiple subjects and delivery formats
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create innovative learning modules
- Conduct needs analysis and audience research to inform curriculum development strategies
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools effectively
- Create assessment frameworks and evaluation metrics to measure learning outcomes
- Lead curriculum revision projects based on feedback and emerging educational trends
- Mentor junior developers and facilitate cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for formal or corporate education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and educational psychology
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance)
- Proven project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- Portfolio showcasing curriculum development projects with measurable impact
