Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training curricula aligned with industry standards
- Conduct needs assessments to identify organizational skill gaps and learning requirements
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including e-modules, assessments, and job aids
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Utilize learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and iterate on curriculum designs
- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers and technology specialists
- Stay current with emerging pedagogical trends and educational technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development for corporate or professional settings
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end curriculum development projects
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) highly desirable
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
