Responsibilities
- Design and develop standards-aligned K-12 STEM curriculum modules using multimedia storytelling techniques
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate academic concepts into age-appropriate digital content
- Conduct user testing with educators and students to refine learning experiences
- Manage curriculum development projects using Agile methodologies
- Stay current with educational technology trends and emerging pedagogical approaches
- Mentor junior developers and conduct peer reviews of curriculum materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in K-12 or higher education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Understanding of Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum implementation
- Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas, Schoology) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to content optimization
