Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers, content writers, and technology specialists

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in K-12 or higher education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Demonstrated experience with formative/summative assessment design
- Portfolio showcasing curriculum projects with measurable impact metrics
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
