Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and industry needs
- Lead cross-functional teams of educators and subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations to drive continuous improvement
- Integrate emerging technologies (VR/AR, AI) into curriculum development for immersive learning experiences
- Manage curriculum lifecycle from ideation through delivery and performance analysis
- Develop assessment methodologies to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness
- Mentor junior instructional designers and foster collaborative learning environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in curriculum development and educational technology
- Expertise in ADDIE/SAM instructional design models and adult learning principles
- Proven track record developing K-12, corporate, or higher education curricula
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Published research or portfolio demonstrating curriculum innovation excellence
