Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with industry standards and emerging pedagogical trends
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging learning modules
- Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze performance data to optimize curriculum effectiveness
- Create multimedia learning assets including interactive simulations, video content, and assessment tools
- Lead pilot testing and iterative improvement cycles based on learner feedback and analytics
- Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Mentor junior curriculum developers and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for adult or K-12 education settings
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of learning science principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
- Experience with data-driven curriculum evaluation and improvement processes
- Demonstrated success in managing complex educational projects with multiple stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ curriculum development projects with measurable impact
- Strong written communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
