Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive K-12 curriculum modules aligned with state and national education standards
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including interactive simulations, video tutorials, and gamified assessments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness
- Analyze learning analytics to continuously refine curriculum based on student performance data
- Train educators on implementing new curriculum resources and digital learning tools
- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers, software developers, and UX specialists
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum or educational technology products
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Experience with learning management systems and student data analytics
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management experience
- Portfolio showcasing curriculum development projects and learning outcomes
