Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning frameworks aligned with industry standards and client objectives
- Lead needs analysis to identify skill gaps and formulate targeted curriculum solutions
- Create engaging multi-modal content including e-learning modules, workshops, and micro-credentials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness
- Implement learning analytics to measure program impact and continuously optimize curricula
- Manage end-to-end curriculum development lifecycle from conception to deployment
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of instructional excellence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing corporate learning solutions
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive psychology
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous
