Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative K-12 curriculum materials aligned with state and national standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging learning experiences
- Conduct ongoing research in educational methodologies and emerging learning technologies
- Develop assessment tools and performance metrics to evaluate curriculum effectiveness
- Lead professional development workshops for educators on new curriculum implementation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum materials
- Expertise in instructional design principles and educational technology integration
- Strong understanding of Common Core and TEKS standards
- Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into age-appropriate content
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects
