Responsibilities
- Design and implement competency-based curriculum frameworks aligned with industry standards (SCORM, xAPI)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct learning needs analysis and performance gap assessments across enterprise clients
- Leverage data analytics to optimize course completion rates and learner engagement metrics
- Lead cross-functional projects with UX designers and LMS specialists
- Maintain quality assurance through systematic peer reviews and user testing protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years developing corporate training programs for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite) and LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday)
- Portfolio demonstrating learning architecture projects with measurable impact (20%+ engagement lift)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using xAPI/Tin Can for learning analytics
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent project management experience
- Experience with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards)
