Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging curriculum aligned with educational standards and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including instructional designers and subject matter experts
- Analyze learner data to optimize curriculum effectiveness and address learning gaps
- Create multimedia learning resources including interactive modules, assessments, and performance metrics
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical methodologies
- Conduct pilot testing and gather stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement
- Present curriculum proposals to clients and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 or corporate curriculum
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret learning metrics and data
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects
