Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks for diverse learning audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with educational standards and learning objectives
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including interactive modules, assessments, and instructor guides
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness
- Manage curriculum development projects from conception to implementation
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical methodologies
- Mentor junior instructional designers and review curriculum quality
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for K-12 or adult education
- Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and learning management systems
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia production
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
