Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative curriculum frameworks aligned with state/federal educational standards
- Create interactive digital learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to continuously optimize course effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including instructional designers and UX specialists
- Develop assessment tools and evaluation metrics to measure learning outcomes
- Stay current with emerging EdTech trends and integrate best practices into curriculum development
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in K-12 or corporate training
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and backward design methodologies
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum design projects with measurable outcomes
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
