Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience developing K-12 digital curriculum with proven impact on student outcomes
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of adaptive learning technologies
- Strong data literacy skills with experience using learning analytics platforms (Kahoot!, ClassDojo)
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent educational leadership experience
- Ability to translate complex educational concepts into accessible, engaging content
