Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive curriculum frameworks aligned with Singapore's SkillsFuture initiative and industry standards
- Collaborate with corporate partners to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs
- Lead instructional design projects using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct learning needs analysis and program evaluations using data-driven methodologies
- Mentor junior instructional designers and facilitate train-the-trainer workshops
- Stay current with educational technology trends and emerging pedagogical approaches
- Manage curriculum updates and version control across multiple learning platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in corporate or vocational training
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning projects across diverse industries
- Expertise in adult learning principles and competency-based education models
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms (Moodle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in needs assessment and evaluation
- Excellent project management abilities with proven stakeholder collaboration
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) highly valued
