Responsibilities

- Implement LMS platforms and authoring tools to deliver scalable learning solutions
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and learning evaluations
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical trends
- Maintain version control and quality assurance for all curriculum assets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate or higher education curricula
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design models
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into digestible learning content
- Experience with LMS platforms like Canvas, Moodle, or Cornerstone
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum implementation projects
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
