Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative K-12 curriculum materials aligned with MA state standards
- Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to create engaging lesson plansConduct pedagogical research and incorporate emerging educational technologies
- Lead curriculum pilot programs and iterate based on performance data
- Mentor junior instructional designers and facilitate training workshops
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all educational materials
- Analyze student outcomes to continuously improve curriculum efficacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum materials
- Strong proficiency with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
- Expertise in educational technology platforms (Canvas, Google Classroom)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into age-appropriate content
- Data literacy with experience in educational assessment analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects
- MA teaching certification preferred
