Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with learning objectives and industry standards

- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure pedagogical excellence
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and optimize content for various delivery platforms
- Analyze learner metrics and iterate content based on performance data
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and best practices in instructional design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for corporate or higher education settings
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, digestible content
- Experience managing projects from conception to implementation with tight deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative curriculum design and measurable learning outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across diverse teams
